Having retired as a globe-wandering safety engineer I spend my time fighting bad planning applications and walking the dog. Despite rave reviews for roles in opera (The Little Sweep) and musicals (Lock Up Your Daughters), my other stage performances have been in the chorus. However, over the years I have managed to sing in choruses as a tenor in most of the great choral and operatic works – apart from Mahler’s Resurrection Symphony, which I don’t think we’ll ever see in Aberdeen!
